WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE
- An item is only eligible for return within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- In original condition with tags attached.
- Items must show no signs of wear, use, or tampering with. Item must be placed into their original packing for return.
- If items are in less than perfect condition, the item(s) will be sent back at the customer's expense. Or SSB, at its sole discretion, may charge a 20% restocking fee to retain the product .
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- After the issuance of an RMA #, your product must be "returned & received" by SSB within seven business (7) days. Thereafter, the transaction becomes invalid and the product will be re-returned to the customer at their expense. Only one RMA # will be issued per item.
- SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if items are not received within the designated guidelines.

- Clearance items
- Holiday items
- Customized items
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS
- There are no charges for returns as long as RMA# is obtained correctly and items are shipped back in original packaging
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- Items that are returned ~ not following the instructions listed above ~ will be charged a 20% restocking fee
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Email us at SimpLeighSassyBoutique@gmail.com to request an RMA#.
- In the Email Subject line, you MUST include the word "RETURN" along with the original order number.
- In the email, briefly describe why you wish to return the product. If it is a damaged/defected item, please attach a picture of the affected area.
- Once we receive and process the return, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
- Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged and reported within 5 days.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES
If you'd like to order a different size, color or product, please return unwanted item and then place a new order online.
All packages are 100% insured until the courier tracking shows that it has been delivered. If your order is stolen, SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique is not responsible.
SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. Also, we don't refund original shipping and handling charges.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. This cost will vary and will be based on the original order's shipping method.
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE "UNDELIVERABLE" FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES SSB TO HAVE THE PRODUCT RETURNED.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items. However, the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge will be deducted from your product refund.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at SimpLeighSassyBoutique@gmail.com immediately or no later than three (3) hours of making your purchase. We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-3:00 pm EST and Friday 9:00AM-12PM EST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Note, if you use Amazon Pay to checkout, the confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your Amazon account, and not the email associated with our site.
