Customer Care & Purchasing Policies

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Holidays, Sundays or Mondays. We process and ship all orders ~ Tuesday through Saturday ~ in the order in which they are received. SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique ships daily. It is our goal that you receive your merchandise as soon as possible!

  • Credit Card

If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from SimpLeigh Sassy, your item will ship in the order in which it is received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once SSB has issued a return material authorization # (RMA) in accordance to the Boutique's Return Policy. 

  • PayPal

You do not need a PayPal account to check out with such. It will give you the option to use personal PayPal account, if available. If not, simply follow the prompts to use your personal/business debit or credit card.

  • E-Check

We do not ship an order until your E-Check clears. E-Checks can take, sometimes, a few days to weeks to process. SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique will not hold your desired item(s) until this payment method clears. Therefore, if you order/transaction does not clear before stock depletion, you will be issued a full refund. You cannot purchase a rush order via E-Check.


We advise our customers to never leave a young child unsupervised while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order, you agree that SimpLeigh Sassy Boutique accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision due thereof.



In stock items ship within 48 hours of order placement.

Arriving soon items will ship within 14 business days.

Pre-order item deliveries are a designated six (6) weeks, and will ship immediately upon SimpLeigh Sassy's merchandise receipt. 

All items will be shipped via USPS First Class (usually under one lb.) or Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made. The arrival of your product, using priority mail generally takes 2-3 business days. For USPS First Class or Parcel Post, please allow 3-7 business days. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt. Monday - Friday shipping only.

If you have any questions or concerns about the shipment process, please feel free to contact us. If your need your order rushed, please choose the appropriate rush order option at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. If you are having trouble locating your package, please use the tracking number provided, or contact USPS.


Currently, we DO NOT offer international shipping.


Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use this information to track your package through USPS online tracking. 


All items purchased "ON CLEARANCE" are not returnable and are considered Final Sales.
